We try our best to ensure you get the shower of your dreams, however, some configurations may not work for your enclosure due to size, location in your home or other unknown factors. Our Glass Specialists will confirm what would work best and discuss all options with you before taking a deposit and ordering materials.

Of course! Glass Doctor offers warranties on both glass and installation of your shower. The specific terms will vary depending on the product chosen. We will be happy to provide you with more details when we provide the quote.

After you fill out our questionnaire, we will be able to provide a quote for your custom shower enclosure within 1-2 business days. Once approved, a Glass Specialist will come visit to measure the opening and ensure your design will work for your opening within 2 business days. Once ordered, the lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks.

The hydrophobic coating applied to your glass closes the microscopic pores in the glass to make the surface easier to clean and make it more water and oil repellent. The less water and oil that sticks to the surface, the less they can deposit their contents - such as hard water stains and soap scum.

Frameless shower doors will have some water that escapes from the enclosure when the door is closed
